    Question

Is there a maximum number of records that can be changed at one time using Pick and Scan (by supplying record IDs in an input file)?

    Answer

There's no hard and fast top limit to the number of records to be processed in a Pick and Scan job, but since the job is running on your PC (rather than on the server, like GDC and Bulk Import) it would be constrained by the speed of the machine you're running it on, the network, and other local considerations.

Be aware of that time-outs imposed on your PC may impact any PAS job if you leave it unattended. The client must maintain connectivity with the server.
