    Problem Symptoms

    When Open Orders Report is run, receive error in acqjob.log:
    Failure to retrieve bib title.
    SQL Error: ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL
    PO Number: 4331
    Title:
    Line Item #: 1
    System Keys: (copyid xxxx)
    (lineitem xxx)
    (bib xxxxxx)
    (po xxxx)

    Cause

    Bib record referenced does not contain a 245 (title) field.

    Resolution

    1. In Cataloging, add title in 245 field of bib record indicated in message.
    2. Run acqjob again.
