PpatronExpX and PpatronPrg fails for 1000 records

Symptoms
- Export 1000 or more patrons; receive "ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000"
- Purge 1000 or more patrons; receive "log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter)"

Defect Status
Issue VYG-6323 is resolved for Voyager 9.2.0 and higher.
Replication Steps
1. Navigate to /m1/voyager/xxxdb/sbin.
2. Run the PpatronExpX command with appropriate flags.
3. Notice this error in /m1/voyager/xxxdb/log/patronImportExport.log:
2014-10-21 15:23:38,008 0 [main] WARN org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter - SQL Error: 1795, SQLState: 42000
2014-10-21 15:23:38,009 1 [main] ERROR org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter - ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000
Workaround
Export 999 or less records at once.
Additional Information
This bug also applies to PpatronPrg. The errors when running Patron Purge (XML) with 1000 or more patron IDs:
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
