Problem Symptoms

• Primoexp.log contains error below, and record is skipped:

218767 [main] ERROR com.endinfosys.voyager.MarcDB - Exception on getting MARC 123456
218767 [main] ERROR com.endinfosys.voyager.extract.ExtractBibs - BIB-Required could not get next Bib
Cause

The Primo extract cannot interpret a field entered incorrectly in Cataloging

Resolution

1. In Cataloging, fix erroneous field in bib record; save to database.
2. Run Primo extract again, or wait for record to get picked up in next extract.
