Problem Symptoms:
* Known items with end date range not captured by report
* Extending end date by one day captures items

Cause:
Microsoft Access uses 00:00:00 as time for end date, capturing only first minute of date in transactions.

Resolution:
Option 1: If appropriate, include time in date specification (mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss) in query.
Option 2: Extend end date by one day.
