    Problem Symptoms:
    * No new records created by Patron Update
    * Error messages appear in audit.dat:
    Record Add failure in table "patron".
    Record update note_count failure in table "patron".
    Record written to exception file.

    Cause:
    Patron expiration and purge dates missing from SIF file.

    Resolution:
    Add patron expiration and purge dates at offsets 189 and 199 in the patron SIF.
