    SEARCH: Builder Searches for URLs in Bib Records Do Not Work as Expected

    Symptoms

    * Keyword search for URL as a phrase only returns results if phrase used stops at punctuation in a URL.

    Defect Status

    Issue 16384-19425 / VYG-4571 is currently in Development.

    Replication Steps

    1. Cataloging>Search>Builder tab>as a phrase
    2. Search entire URL; results retrieved
    3. Search part of URL; "No matches were found for this search”

    Workaround

    Only search for parts of URLs by truncating where punctuation would go.
