How do I send article identifiers to Voyager when creating a hold from a self check machine with a 15/16 message pair? The documentation is unclear about how to pass these messages.

In addition to the information documented in the documentation for Interface to Self Check Modules Using 3M SIP, there are some fields you need to know about in order to place a hold in Self Check. To create a hold with a valid 15 message, you need to send the bib id in the MA field. If you want a title level hold, you don't include the item barcode or the item id. If you want an item level hold you will also need to add article identifiers: either the barcode in the AB field or the item id in the ME field. Regardless of the type of hold, you need a valid circulation operator in the MF field.

The following examples show working 15/16 pairs with a bib id of 38402, an item barcode of 50503, an item id of 10772, and a circulation operator named 'demo.'
