    • Product: Voyager
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Multi-Tenant Direct, Dedicated-Direct, Local

    Question

One of the first things I was told to do upon logging into Voyager via SSH is to enter bash.  I'm not sure why, however; is this the correct shell?

    Answer

Voyager runs korn shell (ksh) by default. bash is similar and if it is more comfortable, that can be used in most cases as well.
