    Symptoms

    - Tomcat fails at, or shortly after startup
    - Errors in Catalina.out resemble:
    1 [ajp-bio-7013-exec-4] FATAL com.endinfosys.util.Context - Attempting to add duplicate attribute names

    OR

    - Errors in catalina.out resemble the fol

    Defect Status

    A permanent, integrated fix for Issue VYG-1665 will be available in the next release of Voyager (Voyager 9.2).
    If you are currently on Voyager 8.0-9.1.1, please open a Case with Voyager Support to request the fix for this issue.

    Replication Steps

    Replication is inconsistent across systems.

    Workaround

    Contact support to apply fix for VYG-1665.
