VoyagerInstall.msi doesn't install without Administrator rights

Expected results:
The VoyagerInstall.msi should install properly without administrator rights to the PC on Windows XP.

Actual results:
The VoyagerInstall.msi does not install properly without administrator rights to the PC on Windows XP.
It fails trying to install files in the windows fonts directory.

Get
Error 1907 Could not register font Barcode 3 of 9 Bold... verify you have sufficient permissions...
and
Error 1904. Module C:\Voyager\System\MsgHook.ocx failed to register. HRESULT -2147220991.

Replication Steps:
Use a PC running XP that does not have administrator rights.
Install the Voyager clients using the VoyagerInstall.msi
Select all the clients (Acq, Cat, Circ, Reporter etc)
Will get errors and will not install

Resolution:
Fixed in 8.1.0.
