Expected results:
Customers should be able to set values of webvoyage.properties: page.printResults.page.title and page.printResults.page.heading lines to show in OPAC print results screen.

Actual results:
Changing page.printResults lines in webvoyage.properties has no effect on OPAC print results screen.

Workflow implications: Patrons cannot see clarifying text such as "This is a printer friendly view” and “Printer friendly view" added to page.printResults lines in print results screens.

Replication steps:
First note webvoyage.properties lines for skin, e.g.

page.printResults.page.title=WebVoy\u00E1ge Printable Record Page
page.printResults.page.heading=Printable View

Do a search in OPAC. Click box next to a title in the results list.
Click “Print” button above.
Use “Click to print” button in resulting screen.
Cancel print dialog box.
Resulting page lacks text in webvoyage.properties lines.

Workaround: none

Resolution:
Fixed in Voyager 8.2.2.
