    Question

What is the CAP file that is produced by Circulation's Offline Charge?

    Answer

The CAP file is an Offline Capture file consisting of patron and item barcodes; it is created by Circulation Offline Charge in the C:\Voyager\Circulation\Offline directory. It must be uploaded to the Voyager database once a connection between Circulation and the Voyager server is re-established.

File extension will be .cap.s - once the file is processed the extension will be .cap
