    Question

We need to prove that notices were sent to a patron and want to know if there is a way to get that data. Is there a way to produce or retrieve notices that issued over a year ago or more?

    Answer

The fully formatted notices Reporter generates are not saved, but the data that builds those notices is kept on the server /m1/voyager/xxxdb/rpt and named crcnotes.PPP.{date} (where PPP = processing/print location code and {date} = date file was processed by Reporter). Files are available here until specific action is taken to remove them.
