    Why Result Files button inactive in Job Management for Scan Job?

    Job status of Scan Job in GDC > Job Management > View Running/Completed shows as "Done" but the button "Get Result Files" is greyed out / inactive for job. Why is this?


    For Scan Jobs, there are no Result Files. Result Files are generated for Data Change Jobs ('before' records, 'after' records, unchanged records, etc.).

    Scan Jobs produce log file ("View Log" button) and record set, if the Scan Job finds records matching Scan Rule conditions. Record set will appear in Record Sets area of GDC.
