    Question

Why am I unable to move a location in an Acquisitions policy definition from the "Selected" column back to the "Available" column?

    Answer

A location cannot be de-selected and moved to Available if it is still in use on any ledger. The location will need to be de-selected from the ledgers it is associated with before it can be de-selected in the policy group.

If a location is attached to any ledgers with expired fiscal periods (in which the ledger can no longer be edited), this will also prevent the location from being de-selected.
