    Question

Why don't expenditures for Reporting funds match total for the parent Allocated fund?

    Answer

Reporting funds and Allocated funds can both be used for ordering and invoicing. If the Allocated fund has been used on a PO or Invoice, these totals must also be added to the totals from the subordinate Reporting funds.
