Barcode alignment is inconsistent in hierarchy display

Symptoms
Barcodes are right or left justified in the hierarchy depending on whether they are interpreted as a string or number.
Defect Status
VYG-7269 is resolved in Voyager 10.1.0
Replication Steps
- Add items to to bib record, some with only digits and others with letters and digits.
- Open hierarchy
- Barcodes interpreted as strings display left justified and barcodes interpreted as numbers display right justified.
