Problem Symptoms:
Recommendations appear in Primo with full text availability indicated for SFX
When linking back to SFX, active targets appear correctly
Selecting a target name in the SFX results in blank menu page rather than linking to target

Cause:
SFX Base URL in bX registration record for Primo application set incorrectly, contains an extra "/" at end of URL

Resolution:
Base URL should be in the format: http://<hostname>/<instance>
