    campusM Uptime Report for EU01 Instance (Europe) - Q4 2023

    Uptime Quarterly Reports are published each quarter to provide a comprehensive view of our uptime performance as measured over the last three (3) months and over the last twelve (12) months. The report measures our performance as defined in the Service Level Agreement.

     

    This document details the uptime report for the campusM EU01 instance in Europe.

    Uptime Report

    The uptime measured on a rolling 12-month basis from January 2023 to December 2023 is 99.95%.

    The uptime measured on a rolling 3-month basis from October 2023 to December 2023 is 99.79%.

    Description

    October 13, 2023 04:37 PM 06:30 P, 113 A misaligned internal process caused a massive usage on the internet traffic which ended up in a service disruption. Once the Exlibris engineers identified the issue the process capacity was limited and the service recovered.
    October 25, 2023 10:02 AM 11:32 AM 90 A non-optimized Database query was causing a high load and resulted in fluctuated service. Once Ex Libris engineers identified the issue, the environment was restarted and the baseline for the query was optimized.
    October 25, 2023 04:41 PM 05:56 PM 75 As part of our continuous efforts to maintain our environments updated and secured, we performed a non-disruptive update to one of our networking devices. Unfortunately, there was a misconfiguration which disrupted the service. Once the issue was found, Ex-Libris engineers worked with the vendor of the device to revert the change and restore the service.

    How is Uptime Calculated?

    The uptime calculation is based on the following calculation (as defined in the Service Level Agreement):

    "Uptime" means the total period in minutes during which the Service is available for access and use during this period.

     

    Uptime Percentage” means Uptime expressed as a percentage, calculated by the following formula:   

      

     Uptime Percentage = X /(Y–Z) × 100    

    Where: 

      X = Uptime

      Y = Last 12 months period

      Z = The duration (in minutes) of any SLA Exclusions* during these 12 months

     

    *SLA exclusions are defined in the contract SLA (e.g. Scheduled maintenance, etc.)
