Why does a Member library (in my Consortium) still see a contact, license, or note attached to a database even though I detached it from that database?
Once you have shared databases and attachments, those attachments are "owned" by the Member libraries. They may choose to add or break attachments as needed.
If you would like to remove the attachment, you'll need to contact the applicable Member libraries so that they can remove the attachment between the items from within their Client Center profiles.
