360 Core: E-Journal Portal -- How to Identify if your Library Uses the Enhanced 2.0 Version

A quick way to tell if your library is using the enhanced E-Journal Portal 2.0 interface is to check your 360 Core Administration Console. To learn more about the enhanced interface, see the overview support center document.

1. From either the Intota or Client Center home pages, select the link to open the Admin Console.

   If you do not see the administration console link, your account likely needs its permissions for E-Journal Portal Customization. Depending on your current permissions you may be able to edit permissions yourself: Intota users click here, Client Center users click here.

2. View the E-Journal Portal 2.0 tab in the Admin Console

   If your library is using the enhanced E-Journal Portal interface, the Activate EJP 2.0 checkbox will be selected.

   

   The Activate EJP 2.0 checkbox must be selected in order for the enhanced interface to be ON. If the checkbox is not selected, your library is still providing legacy E-Journal Portal.
