360 Counter and 360 Resource Manager: Securing Private Information in the Client Center from Serials Solutions Staff

Can I block Serials Solutions from seeing our sensitive information in the Client Center?
You can prevent Serials Solutions' staff from seeing certain 360 Resource Manager and 360 Counter information. (Other information in the Client Center cannot be restricted.) Note that doing this will prevent Serials Solutions' staff from giving technical support for those areas:
- From the Client Center Home page, click Library Settings in the Manage Your Library section.
- In the left-side menu, click Serials Solutions Permissions.
- Click Edit in the upper-right side.
- Change the permissions some or all of the tools to None.
