    Question

How can we avoid showing mixed content warnings in browsers when accessing 360 Link via Google Scholar?

    Answer

Ensure two settings have been enabled:

    1. Check Force HTTPS at all times in Library Settings > Library URLs.
Please note this applies only to the Link 2.0 and EJP 2.0 interfaces.
    2. Change the Link Resolver Base URL in Google Scholar to https://LIBHASH.search.serialssolutions.com.
We do not recommend using LIBHASH.scholar.serialssolutions.com as there is no valid SSL certificate for that subdomain.
