Description

DOI-based OpenURL article-level links to titles in the Directory of Open Access Journals database fail if the domain to which it links to does not match the default holding-level URL's domain found for the title in the KnowledgeBase. Even though the default holding-level URL may redirect properly, 360 Link requires a matching domain. 

Resolution

Submit a case to Support, with 360 KB chosen as the asset, to request updating the default holding-level URL.
