    Question

The 360 MARC Records in my OPAC don't match my holdings in 360 Core. What can I do about this?

    Answer

Wait until your next 360 MARC file is loaded, then check if there are still discrepancies. Since 360 MARC Records are generally delivered on a monthly schedule, any changes made to your 360 Core holdings during that period will not be reflected until your next 360 MARC Update. More information about the delivery schedule is available here: 360 MARC Updates: Delivery Schedule

If there are still inconsistencies, the surest way to resolve them is to request a new full set of 360 MARC Records. More details about this process are available here: 360 MARC Updates: Getting an All New Set of MARC Records
