How can we make the recall fine per day and the maximum recall fine be the same as the regular overdue fine per day and the regular maximum?
Resolution:
Setting tab100 OVERDUE_RECALL_RATIO= Y and tab18.eng col. 6 for lines 50, 51, 52, and 53 to "1" will do this.
