    Description

In version 23, trying to display any Digital Object (with the ADAM functionality) in OPAC results in the message "The Object doesn't exist".  The objects can be seen OK in the GUI.

    Resolution

Diagnostics pointed to the $apache_media directory -- which was empty.  Changing the permissions on the $apache_media directory from drwxr-xr-x to drwxrwxr-x ("chmod 775 apache_media") corrected the problem.
