Problem Symptoms:
In v20, rep_change 3039, the following entries 39-42 are in the Description section of the rep_change:

39. tag 800 $5
40. tag 810 $5
41. tag 811 $5
42. tag 830 $5

but, though entries appear in the bottom (changed files) section for the 800 tag:

./usm01/pc_tab/catalog/html/800_xx_eng.html
./usm01/pc_tab/catalog/html/800_xx_fre.html
./usm01/pc_tab/catalog/html/800_xx_ger.html

there are no entries for the 810, 811, or 830 tags.

Cause:
Subfield $5 not added to three ./usm01/pc_tab/catalog/html/ files.

Resolution:
* Submitted to Development for correction.

* In the meantime, copy the "$5" line from the ./pc_tab/catalog/html/800_xx_lng.html file (where "lng" is "eng", "fre", or "ger") to the 810_xx_lng.html, 811_xx_lng.html, and 830_xx_lng.html files.
