    Description:
We see the following error in step 1009 of the 18-19 Upgrade Express:

    abc30.Z73
    *
    ERROR at line 2:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

A_ERROR: An error has occured while upgrading z73 in abc30. Rolling back.

    Resolution:
z73 is the "Loader logger" table which is written to by such loader services as p_file_90, oclc_server, etc. Looking at the file_list templates in $aleph_root/tab, I find that the libraries which have a z73 table are the BIB and AUThority libraries. abc30, as a course library, doesn't need one.

It seems that the inclusion of z73 for COURSE libraries is a mistake on step 1009's part. This error can and should be ignored for xxx30 libraries.
