20.1 change to Aleph Keyboard

After upgrading to v20.1, Aleph keyboard shows blank button for every blank or commented line.

Resolution:

We found that if you put header information and comments *before* the trigger that indicates the first page of keys in the keyboard, the comments are properly ignored. The new keyboard.txt format looks as follows:
