866 subfield x (nonpublic note) displays in OPAC

Description
The nonpublic note field (subfield x) in the 866 and the 852 fields is displayed in the OPAC. How can we fix this so only library staff can see it?

Updated 852 and 866 lines in ./xxx60/tab/edit_doc_999.
