    Description:
    When in the GUI Cataloging module, connected to ABC01, we get the message "Library not accessible".

    Resolution:
    We see the following in the ./abc01/scratch/p_manage_102_a_1.log:
    ...

    Oracle error: fetch z00

    The cause of this error is unclear. It may be connected to the fact that delete flag was set to "0". {The run of p_manage_102 for the first authority library should always be done with "1" (Delete headings).} Or it may be that Oracle was terminated by some other process for some reason.

    We did util c/6 to unlock abc01, and a rerun of p_manage_102 with delete flag "1", followed by p_manage_02, was successful.
