    Problem Symptoms:
    After resolving problem described in KB 1634-56740 ("AIK ikit step 5.5: " drop_user.sh: line 11: sqlplus: command not found" :") got:

    ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

    Cause:
    Bad tnsnames file.

    Resolution:
    1. Manually edit the tnsnames file in /exlibris/app/oracle/product/11r2/network/admin. See KB 16384-61809 ("Connection to the database aleph21 via listener hasn't been established yet").
    2. Rerun AIK step
