    AIK: license verify: ld.so.1: rts32: fatal: libclntsh.so.11.1: open failed

    Description:
    When attempting to verify our new version 20 license with the AIK I'm given the following error:

    ld.so.1: rts32: fatal: libclntsh.so.11.1: open failed: No such file or directory
    INFO: Do Not continue with the installation until license issue will be solved.

    Error: Failed during license check.... please check

    A couple of things to note: I have not installed Oracle 11, at least not the version provided by Ex Libris. Our DBAs have their own specific Oracle setup we're trying to work with. That means they've cloned the 10 database and done an in place upgrade to 11. Is it possible to continue without doing the Oracle install provided in the AIK or is that a necessary part even if we don't use that Oracle installation?

    Resolution:
    Solved this by updating the /exlibris/aleph/a20_1/alephe/aleph_start file with the correct Oracle values.
