AIK impdp: "job does not exist", "unable to create master table", "no privileges on tablespace 'SYSTEM'"

Problem Symptoms:
In trying to do Aleph Installation Kit, Appendix A (manual database creation), and Appendix B (import the demo libs).
The 'impdp' in the Appendix B script is failing:

ORA-31633: unable to create master table "ALEPH_ADMIN.SYS_IMPORT_FULL_05"

ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'SYSTEM'
A query of dba_ts_quotas, shows that none of the ALEPH oracle users have any quotas set, only a few default oracle system accounts, with quotas in SYSAUX.
Cause:
Uncertain. *** See Article 000041904 (link below) for a case which does *not* involve Appendix A/B and *does* have a clear Cause/Resolution.***
Resolution:
*Go back to using the prebuilt database provided with the AIK.
* Manually resize or move the datafiles to the desired locations.
