ARC: Advanced PDF options cannot be changed, error RSV-SRV-0003

Problem Symptoms:
* When trying to save the advanced options for PDF in a report the system gives the following error:

RSV-SRV-003 The report specification contains an error at line 'LINE', column 'COL'.

Example
"RSV-SRV-0003" // "The report specification contains an error at Line '1', Column ' 11.845'" // "Details: DPR-ERR-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with secureErrorID:2012-12-03-15:42:02.058-#43"

Cause:
Change of PDF advanced options requires administrator rights

Resolution:
* Connect to ARC as administrator
* Change the PDF advanced options in reports settings, tab 'Report' / 'Advanced options'
* Save the report settings
