Problem Symptoms:
Acquisitions staff can not place orders OR indexing does not work properly.

In pc_server.log or in ue_01 log (BIB library) you'll find the following error message(s):

ORA-01654: unable to extend index XXX01.Z980_ID by 1024 in tablespace

Cause:
Tablespace full

Resolution:
Check with util O/17/5 if the tablespace is indeed full. If so enhance the tablespace.

If you are unsure how to add new tablespace create a case for Support Team.
