Adding "alldocuments not wst=suppressed" to your library's tab_base entry.

Description:
Somebody suggested that I could add alldocuments not wst=suppressed to suppress BIB and Item records in GUI search but the records still should be retrieved by the numbers, system and barcode.
I made the changes below but I found the effect of the change is like 'Total Delete' of Record Manager and using numbers, such as system or barcode could no longer retrieve the suppressed record.
Do you know what else should be fixed to get the actual 'suppressed' effect, i.e., retrievable by the numbers?

Resolution:
If you add "alldocuments not wst=suppressed" to the tab_base entry for the library itself, the effect will be to make these documents unretrievable *any*where (including Cataloging).
What you need to do is to have *two* tab_base entries: The first being the library itself, just as before:
! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-!!!!!-!!!!!-!!!!!-!!!!!-!-!!!!!!!!!>
CBB01 City of Botany Bay CBB01 USM01 CBB01 N
and the second being the alldocuments not wst=suppressed:
! 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

CBB01PUB City of Botany Bay CBB01 USM01 CBB01 N alldocuments not wst=suppressed
The name of the OPAC base does not have to be xxx01PUB. It could be "CBB01-PAC" or whatever you want.
You will need to change the OPAC base in the z61 Profile records from CBB01 to CBB01PUB (or whatever).
You will also need to change it in the places which reference it in the ./www_f_eng/ directory -- such as ./base-list.
