    Description:
Since I downloaded the upgrade package to Oracle 10.2.0.4 AFTER the Oracle 10.2.0.4 Critical patch was announced, can I assume I'm now up to date with the critical patch as well, or do I still need to go through the procedure outlined in the "Oracle April 2009 Critical Patch Update for Ex Libris Products on 10.2.0.4" document? The critical patch document does mention some procedures that were not duplicated in the upgrade procedure, e.g. catbundle.sql, view_recompile.

    Resolution:
When changes occur to a particular version of Oracle, those changes are incorporated into the Ex Libris package for upgrading to that version.

The date of the /oracle/102/sun/10204s/quick files on the ftp server is "Nov 10, 2009". This is after the date of the "April 2009 Oracle Critical Patch Update for Ex Libris Products Using 10.2.0.4" (June 2009).
