Aleph PDS could not connect to X-server using SSL

Problem Symptoms:
Aleph PDS could not connect to Aleph X-Server on httpds port. 
Timeout error occurred.
From pds_server.log: 
2014-04-19 12:01:54 14828 DEBUG [CallHttpdS::call_https] Warning : TIMEOUT occured

Cause:
Error in CallHttpdS.pm

Resolution:
Corrected by rep_change 2405 in Aleph 21
