Is it possible to allow renewal of overdue items?

Answer

To allow renewal of overdue items you should remove checks that may block renewal of overdue items from the sections that are relevant for renewal.

Relevant for renewal are these sections:
RENEW (GUI Renewal)
RENEW-WWW (OPAC, Actual renewal in Primo, SC Server)
RENEW-PRE (Renew-link in Primo)

These routines are potentially blocking renewal of overdue items (please see table header for more details regarding each routine):
check_circ_1_d
check_circ_8_b
check_circ_9_a
check_circ_9_b
check_circ_10_a
check_circ_10_b
