Annual budget code does not display the year after the code

Description:
Problem: budget codes for standing orders are displaying incorrectly in the order list window. The budget funcitonality is fine. The budget codes have been formated like ABC-2012, XYZ-2012, YB-2012, etc. However, they are displayed as ABC, XYZ, YB, etc. The problem does not seem to occur with monograph orders.

Resolution:
From Dev: The system works as follows: if the order type is not "M" (Monograph) and the budget is an annual budget, only the prefix is displayed (the year is not displayed). This is the design. Changing this will require an enancement (it is not a bug fix but a new design).

This issue is still open and was escalated to Development for further investigation <2012-03-25 01:00:04>.
