Description:
The authority records loaded using p_manage_18 have no diacritics either in the 1001 field or in the 670 fields. Is there some sort of fix or job we need to run for that?

Resolution:
The p_manage_18 log has this:

setenv p_char_conv ""

Unless character conversion has been done in a previous step, you need to specify "MARC8_TO_UTF" as the Character Conversion in the p_manage_18 submission.
