    Back Up Tables before Making a General Data Change

    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Create a backup file for a znn table before making a general change in the data

    Procedure:
    * From the GUI Services menu, highlight "Manage Database Tables" in the dropdown list and then select Export Database Tables (file-03) service.
    * The following values must be included
    * * Table to Export: znn
    * * Procedure to Run: Go (default option)
    * * Number of Records per File: 999999999 (default option)
    * * File format: Fix (default option)
    * From the Library drop down menu select the relevant database xxxnn
    * The service creates an output file in the ./xxxnn/files directory. The file name given will be the name of the table selected, with the addition of the suffix .seq[a-z][a-z], for example, xxx37.seqaa
