    Problem Symptoms:
The Remote Service Error C1001 message: "Base not defined on server", appears in GUI Search.

    Cause:
Missing base definition or missing Oracle index

    Resolution:
    1. If the XXX01 base is missing or commented out in tab_base.lng, uncomment it. (In addition to XXX01PUB, U-XXX01, etc., there *must* be an entry for the plain "XXX01".)

    2. Check in util a/17/14 to see if the z00_id Oracle index is present. If not, do util a/17/2 to define it.

    3. Restart the WWW Servers and PC Servers.
