    Base not used with bor-info

    Description:
    Problem:
    When a specific base is defined to use pages with a specific suffix it takes all of the correct pages except bor-info.
    It should also take bor-info with the correct suffix.

    Problem Description: local_base setting is not maintained when logging in to “My Library” page

    Actual Results: Instead of displaying bor-info-base (or bor-info-single-adm-base) bor-info is used to format the display

    Expected Results: bor-info-base (or bor-info-single-adm-base) would be used to format the display
