Bib info does not display on item screen's title bar

When displaying item screen, the BIB record number and ADM record number appear at top of screen, but author and title information does not.

Resolution:  

 
The bib information is taken from the z13. Please make sure there are correct z13 records in BIB and ADM libraries.
To check, update a record and see whether the information appears on the Title bar after updating.

The configuration for the information on the Title bar is defined in the $aleph/error_eng:
