    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Z13 of ADM (YYY50, XXX51, etc.) does not contain any bibliographic information (title, author, etc.) of linked XXX01, XXX40 (ILL), etc., records.
    * However the bibliographic data of XXX50 items linked to XXX01 (BIB) are there.

    Cause:
Procedure expand_doc_adm_bib only works if library is included in the line starting with" BIB" of the relevant ADM-library in file $alephe_tab/library_relation.

    Resolution:
    1.  Edit file $alephe_tab/library_relation; add XXX01 to BIB-line of YYY50 (or XXX51 or YYY51);  for ILL:  add XXX40 to BIB-line of XXX50.

    Example 1:
Old:  (No BIB line for YYY50)

    New (Add:)
    BIB YYY50 XXX01

    Example 2:
Old: (No BIB line for XXX51)

    New (Add:)
    BIB XXX51 XXX01

    Example 3 (for ILL):
    Old:
    BIB XXX50 XXX01
    New:
    BIB YYY50 XXX01 XXX40

    2. Rerun p_manage_07 in XXX50 to rebuild short bibliographic records (Z13).
