    Description:
There have been cases where bib records have become unlinked from their correct ADM record and linked instead to a new, empty ADM record. How can this be fixed?

    Resolution:
If you have created items, orders, etc., under the new ADM record. If the second ADM record is empty, you can do this to re-link the bib record to the original, correct ADM record:

    (1) Go to the current (incorrect) ADM record and copy the LKR field. (Copy it into Notepad or Wordpad.)
    (2) Delete the current (incorrect) ADM record.
    (3) Add the LKR field to the old (correct) ADM record and save it to the server.
